SINGLE CAR INJURY ACCIDENT

Oldham County Police are investigating an injury accident involving three people.  On May 30, 2006, at approximately 9:00 PM, three people were injured while involved in a single vehicle accident while traveling south on Highway 1694, commonly called Gumm Street, approximately 2 miles south of US 42. 

A 2006 Dodge pick-up truck, registrated to Christopher Cox, 21 years of age, left the roadway, striking a tree and coming to rest.  All three occupants, Christopher Cox, age 21, Neal Byrne, age 21, and Frank Hepke III, age 24, were ejected from the vehicle, indicating that none were wearing seat belts at the time of the collision. 

All occupants in the vehicle were transported by Stat Flight, to University of Louisville Hospital.  Oldham County Police are still investigating the accident.
