Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at approximately 9:00 AM, Oldham County Police
received information regarding marijuana being cultivated behind 4102 Fox
Run Road. Officers obtained access to an adjacent property and could
observe several (13) large marijuana plants behind the residence in a wooded area and
someone in a tent next to them. Officers approached the grow sight and
found Keith N. Caswell, age 36, of 4105 Fox Run Road. The plants were
mature and ready for processing. Caswell was arrested and charged with
Cultivation of Marihuana > five plants and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
and lodged in the Oldham County Jail. The estimated street value after
cultivation is $32,000.
