ROBBERY SUSPECT ARRESTED

The Oldham County Police Department in cooperation with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, arrested WALTER ADADOLFO GUZMAN, age 26, of the 1100 block of Airline Drive, Houston, Texas.  GUZMAN was arrested at approximately 1:00 PM ON February 25, 2006. 

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office made traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description of the robbery suspect vehicle in Oldham County.  The traffic stop resulted in locating articles relating the two recent robberies in Oldham County.  

GUZMAN has been charged with two counts of Robbery in the 1^st degree, Phil and Bobbi’s Mini Mart on February 13, 2006, Crestwood, Kentucky and LaCiapamnecia Grocery on February 25, 2006, located at 5801 Highway 329, Crestwood, Kentucky. 

GUZMAN was lodged at the Oldham County Jail where he remains with a fully secured $50,000 cash bond.
