On October 20, 2008, Jacobs Day Care, located in Crestwood Station, Crestwood, Kentucky, received a bomb threat.  The caller, a female, contacted the business by telephone and advised there was a bomb in the building and then hung up.  This caused the building to be evacuated and fire and police units responded to the business.  Emergency services were unable to locate anything.

Provided phone records revealed the phone number of the caller, who was a previous employee of the Daycare Center. 

Late Tuesday, October 28, 2008, Kristy D. Lockwood, age 29, of the 1600 block of Rhode Court in LaGrange, Kentucky was arrested.  Lockwood has been charged with Terroristic Threatening in the third degree, a Class “A” misdemeanor.  Lockwood is currently lodged at the Oldham County Jail where a $1,000 bond has been set.
