Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at approximately 6:05 pm, the Oldham County Police Department received a call of a domestic dispute in the 6200 block of Perrin Drive, Crestwood Kentucky.  Parents reported to police that their 18 year old son became violent, pointed a semi automatic pistol at them, causing them to leave the residence.  Upon arrival to the residence police observed the suspect crawling out from under the rear deck of the residence.  Officers placed the suspect into custody without incident.  Arrested was 18 year old Samuel Harper of the 1200 block of Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.   Harper was charged with 2 counts of Wanton Endangerments, First Degree, Possession of a controlled Substance, First Degree, and Possession of a forged Instrument, Second Degree.
