Attempted Armed Robbery at Fast Break Shell in Oldham County

On February 01, 2008, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Oldham County Police were notified of an attempted armed robbery at the Fast Break Shell on Ky329 Bypass.  The clerk advised that a white male, dressed in all black, wearing a black ski mask and hood, pulled a gun, and advised her to give him money, or he would shoot her.  She advised he was about 5'7" to 5'9", and weighs between 120-130lbs.  No vehicle description was provided.  The clerk was able to lock herself in the office and call police.  The suspect fled from the scene, without any money.  Oldham County Police are asking anyone with any information to contact them, at (502) 222-1300.
