OLDHAM COUNTY POLICE PRESS RELEASE

Saturday, July 18, 2009, at approximately 5:13 pm, Oldham County Police Department investigated a single vehicle motorcycle collision at US Highway 42 and Tobacco Rd resulting in one fatality.  The driver, Mathew Huberty, age 22, of LaGrange Kentucky, was east bound on US Highway 42 where according to witnesses, he lost control of the motorcycle.  The driver who was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead from his injuries by the Oldham County Corners Office.
