OLDHAM COUNTY POLICE PRESS RELEASE
On September 12, 2009 at approximately 6:23 pm, Oldham County Police responded to a report of a residential fire at the 6000 block of Washington Street in Westport, Kentucky. The occupants were able to escape from the residence without injury. The Oldham County Police has a suspect in custody, thirty-six year old Keith Evridge. At this time the Oldham County Police is investigating the arson and will release further information as it becomes available.
Keith Evridge has been charged with three counts of Attempted Murder, Arson 1st degree, two counts of Assault 4th degree, Intimidating someone in a legal process, and Resisting Arrest.
