OLDHAM COUNTY POLICE ARREST TWO BURGLARY SUSPECTS On July 16, 2009 at approximately 2:00 AM, Oldham County Police received information from the LaGrange Police Department of a burglary in progress at the Apple Patch Community, located at 9601 Hwy 329 in Crestwood, Kentucky. Officers arrived on scene and detained one male suspect later identified as Michael K. Rogers, a 19 year old white male who resides in the 200 block of South Cedar Street, LaGrange, Kentucky 40031. A second suspect was observed fleeing the area in attempt to elude police. After a lengthy search (approximately 90 minutes) by the Oldham County Police K9, the suspect was located hiding near a wooded area. This suspect was identified as Justin D. Feagans, a 19 year old white male with a last known address in the 200 block of Russell Avenue, LaGrange, Kentucky 40031. An investigation at the scene determined forced entry was made to one of the buildings, stolen property and burglary tools were located in the vehicle the suspects were operating. The following charges were placed against both Rogers and Feagan:
In addition Feagan was charged with Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree. Both suspects are currently being held in the Oldham County Jail.
