Fatal Accident 

On Tuesday September 26, 2006 at 3:24 PM Oldham County Police received a report of a single-vehicle injury accident on Dawkins Road (KY 2854), just north of the LaGrange City Limits.  The vehicle, a 2004 Ford Truck, had overturned and struck a utility pole.  The driver and only occupant of the truck, Bryan Rankin, age 31 of LaGrange, was trapped within the vehicle.  The driver was transported to University of Louisville Hospital by StatCare where he was pronounced dead by the Hospital.  Oldham County Police are continuing to investigate this collision.
