Oldham County Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred early on the morning of November 7, 2004. Oldham County Police were notified at approximately 7:00 A.M., of an accident in the 1400 block of North Buckeye Lane. Officers arrived and found a single vehicle had struck a tree.
Investigators believe that the vehicle, a 1997 Chrysler minivan, was northbound on North Buckeye Lane striking a tree. The operator, Robert A. Devine, W/M, D.O.B. 08/08/1969, of Crestwood Kentucky had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported by Stat Care to University Louisville Hospital. Devine died at the hospital of injuries he sustained in the accident.
Investigators believe alcohol may have been a factor in the accident. |
