ONE KILLED IN TRAFFIC COLLISION Eladio Madera, Jr., of the 4800 block of Harvest Drive, Crestwood, KY, was killed when the vehicle he was operating, a 1996 Mazda 626 passenger car, while traveling south on Interstate 71, approximately one ¼ mile south of exit 14, began weaving several times. Madera’s vehicle exited the roadway into the median, and struck a tree coming to rest. Madera was ejected from the vehicle, and pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the collision is under investigation by the Oldham County Police Department. |
