April 19, 2005, Judge Executive Mary Ellen Kinser appointed Matthew Allen Lay to serve as a Patrol Officer for the Oldham County Police Department. A native of Oldham County, Officer Lay graduated from Oldham County High School in 1994. Currently he is continuing his studies at the University Of Louisville. Officer Lay was employed as a Deputy for the Oldham County Sheriff’s Office from 1999 to 2005. Officer Lay has been married for 3 and one half years to Angie Kamer. |
