On Tuesday, April 11, 2006, the Oldham County Police Department received anonymous information regarding marijuana plants being grown at 14207 Harbor Place, in Oldham County.  Acting on this information, Detectives approached the home owner and received permission to search the residence.  After a brief search, Detectives found 43 marijuana plants being grown underneath a grow light.  The plants were in the early stages of growth and are commonly known as “starter” plants.  If the plants had reached maturity, the total street value would be approximately $86,000.00.

Arrested was 46 year old Linda Oldham of 14207 Harbor Place, Prospect, KY.  Oldham was charged with Cultivating Marijuana, greater than 5 plants, a class D Felony and lodged in the Oldham County Jail.
