On June 29, 2006 Oldham County Police received a complaint on a possible marijuana grow operation in the Brownsboro area.  Officers located sixty-three (63) plants approximately three to four feet in height growing in a secluded area.  These plants, at maturity, had an estimated street value of over $94,000.  Oldham County Police request anyone with information on this case, or any other, contact them at 222-1300.  Police caution anyone from approaching suspected marijuana grow operations as they are often guarded or booby-trapped.  Anyone who has observed possible marijuana grows is urged to contact police.
