On Friday, January 06, 2006, information was obtained by the Oldham County Police Department of an active Methamphetamine Lab located in an apartment at the 200 block of Yager Avenue in LaGrange.  An investigation was then initiated with the assistance of the LaGrange Police Department.

Narcotics Detectives gained consent to search the apartment and located the suspected items being used to manufacture methamphetamine.  Clandestine Lab certified detectives from the Oldham County Police Department and the Kentucky State Police were then called to the crime scene to assess the situation.  After the apartment was secured, the suspected items were processed as evidence.
