Rape Arrest

May 24, 2007, the Oldham County Grand Jury indicted Jimevez Gonzalez (alias Havier Humez) of the 4700 block of Jackson Road in Eminence Kentucky for Rape in the 2^nd degree.  Investigation by the Oldham County Police Department revealed an ongoing relationship between Humez 19 and a 13 year old juvenile.  This relationship resulted in a pregnancy of the 13 year old.  Humez is currently being housed at the Oldham County Jail.
