Rollover simulator coming to Oldham County Day Program educates on the benefits of seat belts
|

On July 14, 2010 the Kentucky
Office of Highway Safety is taking its rollover simulator to the Oldham
County Day. The simulator will be located at First and Jefferson
Street on Saturday, July 17. The simulator demonstrates the importance
of seat belts by showing what can happen to unbelted occupants in a
rollover crash using life-size dummies. Unbuckled dummies are ejected
from the simulator as it rolls while buckled dummies remain restrained.
