Oldham County Woman Charged with Sexual Abuse 

Oldham County Police have charged Keli Quinn, 40, of LaGrange, with 2^nd Degree Sexual Abuse.  In November 2006, Quinn allegedly engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with an inmate from the Oldham County Jail.  Quinn worked for a non-profit organization in LaGrange and had the ability to supervise inmates on work release from the Oldham County Jail.  It was during this time where Quinn was supervising the inmate that the sexual relationship occurred.  The inmate, Jason Parish, 26, has been transferred to Grayson County Jail.
