Oldham County Police have charged one person with two counts of wanton endangerment after an argument that sent one man to the hospital on Thursday, December 30, 2004, approximately 5:00 PM.

Michael Buck, 44, of LaGrange, has been charged with two counts wanton endangerment first degree for allegedly firing multiple rounds from a 9mm handgun at a residence on East Mt. Zion Road in Crestwood.  Buck went to a residence of Tony Neel, located in the 2100 block of East Mt. Zion Road and fired several shots.  As Buck continued to walk up the driveway of the residence he pointed his 9mm weapon at the property owner and a second individual.  The property owner advised Buck to leave his property and as Buck continued to walk towards the property owner with the weapon pointed, the property owner fired two warning shots at Buck.  Buck continued approaching the property owner.  The property owner fired a third shot striking Buck in the leg.  Buck was taken to University Hospital in Louisville for treatment of his injuries.

Bradley Meiller, 47, 4000 Dana Road, Crestwood, has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Buck has also been charged with criminal trespass in the second degree and terroristic threatening in the third degree.

This case remains under investigation.
