On May 26, 2006, the Oldham County Grand Jury indicted William Whitehouse the 3^rd, 21 years of age, on Murder charges.  Whitehouse was arrested on March 18, 2006 for Assault, Wanton Endangerment, and Endangering the Welfare of a minor for injuries his daughter sustained due to his actions.  The charges were raised when Baileigh Estes, four months of age, died on March 18, 2006, due to those injuries she suffered from her father.

Whitehouse is logged at the Oldham County Jail on a 500,000 dollars bond.
