Crime Report Requests

Victims of a crime that has been reported to the Oldham County Police Department may request a copy of their report in person at 1855 North Hwy. 393 La Grange, KY 40031 ($5 cash or check) or by completing the form below. Please call 502-222-1300 if you have any questions. To assist us with locating your report, please have the report number provided by the officer, names of involved parties and/or the location and date of the crime available. It may take 5 to 7 business days for a report to be completed, reviewed and approved before it is available for release.

If you are not the victim and wish to obtain a copy of a crime report, an Open Records Request will need to be submitted to the Custodian of Records.
