    Often a single tip from someone in the community is all that is required for  police to prevent or solve a crime. Many times cases are solved when someone with knowledge of the crime provides missing information that leads police to the person responsible. Some members of our community may be hesitant to be seen talking to police so we offer this form as a way for you to safely contact us confidentially or anonymously. 
    This form is intended for submitting crime information tips and is not monitored 24 hours a day. If the situation you are reporting is currently happening and you need immediate police assistance, or if you need a police officer to take a report, please call our dispatch at (502) 222-0111 and ask for an on-duty officer or supervisor to contact you.
