Open Records Request - County Police​

To make an Open Records Request to the Oldham County Police Department, you must submit a written request to the Custodian of Records. Written requests must include the requesting party's name, mailing address, email address (if applicable), and specific description of the records being requested. 

Mail, email, fax, or hand deliver your request to the Oldham County Police Custodian of Records at the following:
